ETHICS

PREAMBLES:
Per the utmost desire to maintain global best practices in the running of the affairs of PAOE Foundation, the Board of Trustees (BOT) has deemed it fit to institute guides for moral conduct and ethical standards. The ethical codes of conduct are considered all-pervading and not necessarily limited to administration, accounting, procedures and practices.

ETHICAL GUIDELINES:

These ethical standards shall subsist with every member of the PAOE Foundation:
1) Topmost integrity of character and purpose in private and public dealings
2) Highest moral conduct in relation to members of the Foundation and public
3) Genuine transparency and openness in relation to fundamental issues of trust, truth and justice
4) Sincere accountability in matters of resources of the Foundation, particularly finances
5) Remain a Non-political and Non-governmental Foundation
6) Maintain a non-religious and non-cultural entity
7) Maintain all-genders friendly entity
8) Consciously show empathy to less privileged members of the public
9) Protect the rights of the disabled members of the public
10) PAOE shall remain a socially responsible corporate entity
11) The Foundation abhors all forms of racial discrimination
12) PAOE Foundation remains a global citizen, and all its conducts, activities and practices shall be so guided
13) PAOE Foundation remains committed to its pursuit of excellence in educational attainments, particularly in professional studies
14) All conflicts resolution of the Foundation shall follow strict laid down procedures and standards
15) Time management remains a virtue with PAOE Foundation
16) At PAOE Foundation, codes of dressing shall be strictly formal
17) Official Language shall be English and other globally accepted means of communication
18) PAOE Foundation shall maintain an eco-friendly environment
19) Recruitment into PAOE Foundation shall reflect the global diversity of its Mission and Vision, and
20) Others considered suitable by the Founder/Promoter
